If you’ve visited us recently you can’t have helped noticing our amazing display of cut flowers and plants from Bud and Flower outside the Shop. Based in Kirdford, Bud and Flower was founded in 2020 and since then have won many awards including The Wedding Industry Awards Best Florist in the Southeast 2023. We are delighted to be working with Chrissy and Char! Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and we will be taking orders to be delivered to the Shop. We are also offering a loyalty discount card for any orders placed.

Smoked Trout Pate is back! I know that many of you loved our smoked trout pate and were disappointed when our supplier ceased trading. It took a while, but we have found a great replacement. Butler Country Estates use rainbow trout sourced in Hampshire’s world-renowned nutrient-rich rivers. Their smokery lies in the heart of Hampshire based in Winchester, a few minutes from the Rivers Test, Itchen and Meon which are three of the world’s finest nutrient-rich chalk streams. Being so close ensures their fish is prepared for smoking within 24 hours of being caught.

We welcome Nicholas who is volunteering as part of his Duke Of Edinburgh Award programme. If you come into the shop on Sunday mornings, please say hello to Nicholas.

Did you know that if you’re shopping online and expecting to be out when your parcel arrives and you don’t want it left on your doorstep you can request that it’s delivered to the Post Office instead? You can select this option at participating online retailers, receive a notification when it arrives, and pick it up within 18 days using your ID and the code provided. Please remember that the Post Office is open 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday and parcels can only be collected during these hours.
