Moscow Mule

Ingredients
Ginger beer
Vodka
Fresh lime juice
Fresh mint.

Method
Pour vodka over stacks of ice in a tall glass. Add fresh lime juice and chilled Fever-Tree Ginger Beer then garnish with fresh mint.


Mediterranean Vodka and Tonic

Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, is designed to match perfectly with vodka. The subtle floral flavours and the gentle bitterness of the natural quinine are a perfect combination for your favourite vodka.

Ingredients
Mediterranean Tonic Water
Fresh ice (at least 4 big cubes)
Vodka 1 measure (50ml)
A curl of lemon peel.

Method
Fill a large wine glass or a highball with plenty of cubed ice. Pour in your favourite vodka (we would recommend 50ml). Top up with a chilled bottle of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and garnish with a curl of lemon.


Pink Gin and Tonic

Ingredients
Aromatic tonic water
50ml of juniper-rich gin – we recommend Plymouth Gin.
Zest of lemon
Fresh ice

Method
Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice. Pour in your measure of gin. Add Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic from a fresh bottle. Garnish with a generous zest of lemon.

Marmalade Mule

Ingredients
50ml Chase Marmalade Vodka
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
5ml freshly squeezed lime
Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

Method: Garnish with fresh slices of lime and ginger.


Perfect Storm

The rich and sometimes spicy notes of the finest dark rums, pair perfectly with the warmth of the natural ginger that is packed into Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. This makes for one of the most refreshing cocktails around and very simple to make.

Ingredients
Ginger Beer
1 measure (50ml) of your rum of choice
Fresh ice – at least 4 big cubes: clear cubes from spring water if possible
Fresh lime juice
Lime

Method
Fill a highball glass with plenty of fresh ice so that the drink remains cold for longer. Pour the dark rum (can be spiced) over the ice and add a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice. Pour in Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and garnish with a couple of lime wedges.
